If you are not using Online Banking, it is easy to get started:
If you are a current City Bank TeleBank customer, follow these steps
- Click here to go to First Time User
- Type in your primary account number where it asks for User Code.
- Type in your 4-digit TeleBank Password (PIN number).
- Follow the instructions to create a new 6-17 digit Online Banking Password.
If you are not a City Bank TeleBank customer, follow these steps:
- Click here to Apply for Online Banking
- Print the application, complete, and bring it in or mail it to one of our bank locations.
